How to use Microsoft Outlook Web – ACFS

This tutorial explained how to Microsoft Outlook Web for Academy Federal School Teachers and Students on Laptops.

Microsoft Office 365 OutlookWeb is an online webmail application that allows students to access their emails provided by ACADEMY FEDERAL SCHOOL with any internet-enabled device. office 365 OutlookWeb has a user-friendly interface, making it easy for anyone to get up and running quickly. With its powerful features, Microsoft Office 365 OutlookWeb can help you stay organized and connected with your schedule, Microsoft Teams in the
most efficient way possible.

To use Office 365 OutlookWeb,

First, open a browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome, and type offie.com.
Second log into your account using your student account credentials or by signing in with the ACFS school email address. Once logged in, you will be taken to the main page of the Office 365 application where you can view all of the Office 365 applications.

And then, you click on OutlookWeb Icon as per the picture provided below, it will open another page with outlook web and your inboxes as well as other options such as calendar events, and task lists through Office 365 platform.

Together with Inbox, you could able to see other items such as Sent Items, Delete Items, Junk Email, etc.

Inbox = Most of the time, you will receive the email in the Inbox folder which is receiving the email main folder.

Sent Items = Whenever you send the email that will store your sent-out email in the “Sent Items” folder.

Delete Items = Whenever you delete the email, you still find it in the “Delete Items” before permanently deleting.

Junk Email = It’s similar to the Spam Mail folder in Gmail. Microsoft called it’s Junk Email.

Another item you could able to see is “New Mail” that you can use to send out emails to anyone.

You can also create new folders within this platform so that emails related to specific topics are kept together for easier organization purposes when needed later on down the line.

Finally after setting up everything according to preference levels desired by each individual student; they may then begin sending out emails either manually one at a time or they could even set up automated messages which would be sent out based on certain triggers like dates/times passed etc.
